How do I choose the right size?

When will my order arrive?

Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and delays may occur.

How much is shipping?

The shipping charge is shown at checkout. Standard shipping is generally US$4.99 unless a different rate is displayed.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for details. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When will an approved refund arrive?
